Guess who learned to ride her two wheeler while we were away? It was a thrill for her! The nice part about this campground is each set of camp sites are in their own cul de sac, so she could do laps and laps in a pretty safe environment. She is now ready for a little bigger bike!
We went to a local hat shop and had some fun. We found this adorable viking dude and his twirly top brother, so we had to take a photo opp.!
Pretty funny to be thousands of miles away from China and find an authentic rice patty hat. We saw both men and women wearing these in the south of China where the sun rays were very intense. We never purchased one there as they were too awkward to bring home, but when this cute big sis tried one on...we decided it was a must buy!
This would be Esther's exploratory zone while camping. She is still not sure what she thinks of grass and prefers the blankie. The yurt was great for a safe place for her to explore too!!
This would be the gang that took a hike up to the local light house. It is a two mile trek mostly up hill that contained various mud packs after all the rain. There was a little bickering amidst two siblings that thought they should be in the lead and then whining when they were banished to the back. All was soon forgotten though as we found many yummy berries to munch on the trail...rasberries, blackberries, mulberries, we think? Anyway, all in all we had a super adventure!
