Let's get physical!

Well we are one more step closer to heading home. This morning was the big medical exam. Rebecca, our adoption guide here in Guangzhou, was amazing. First we entered the medical facility and there were dozens of families packed in to the waiting room. Looks like a good wait ahead but that was not the case at all. Rebecca somehow got us and the other couple (Chris and Lauren) right in and in less than 30-minutes we were done and out on the streets. I'm not sure what the other couples thought but they probably thought we were paying off someone. In reality, Rebecca takes care of her peeps very well. As for the exam itself, I think they saw that Esther was breathing and checked how much she weighed (16.8 pounds)and how long she was and called it good.
